Meet your new Esthetician

Hi, I'm April — licensed esthetician, Reiki Master, lash artist, and the one-woman show behind Malabella Studio in Clovis, CA.

I've been a licensed esthetician since 2006, which means I've spent nearly two decades learning everything there is to know about skin, hair, and healing. I specialize in eyelash extensions (10+ years), Brazilian waxing (17 years — yes, really), customized facials, and Reiki energy healing.

My approach to beauty has always been about enhancement, not transformation. I want you to look like the best version of yourself — not a filtered version of someone else. Whether you're getting lashes, a wax, or a full Reiki Facial, my goal is the same: make you feel beautiful, taken care of, and completely at ease.

I grew up in Southern California — LA and San Diego — so beach vibes, good energy, and a relaxed approach to beauty are just part of who I am. I ran a spa in LA before relocating and opening Malabella Studio here in Clovis. If you've been looking for that laid-back, high-vibe studio energy in the Central Valley, you've found it.

On the Reiki side: I became a certified Reiki Master in 2008 after my first session completely shifted something in me. I've been doing this work for over 15 years, and it continues to be one of the most meaningful things I do. I've worked with clients navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, chronic illness, and so much more. This work is sacred to me.

A few other things worth knowing: the Rezenerate Nano Therapy facial I offer won the Best of 2019 Estheticians Choice Award. My studio is a calm, quiet, private space in a cozy Clovis neighborhood. You may be greeted by my dog Kona and cats Maui and Prada — all sweet, all gentle, all very interested in your visit.

I'm currently accepting new clients from Clovis, Fresno, and surrounding areas. I'd love to meet you.
